Isn't the bolded part about Manbro?
It is.

Among the most important men of Massimiliano Allegri's team are Gonzalo Higuain and Mario Mandzukic, Pavel Nedved talked about them: "We are not worried, Higuain is one of our players and is under contract - said the vice president of the Bianconeri - We will see after the World Cup Mandzukic? The players always have to be satisfied, they must not be held back but they need to be happy, so we will decide together ".

morata is an interesting player. as a bench option, he has terrific goal/minute ratio, some of the best in the world. but as a starter on a daily basis, he misses a hell lot of sitters. so he's lacking the consistency of the best players, but the abilities to score tons of goals are there. he might just fit right into allegri's insane rotation. a huge gamble to take, obviously.

I have a trusted source. Is the same guy who gave me Pjanic a week earlier people even started talking about him. Those of you who were around back then know this: I said Pjanic was signed before anyone else even thought about it. We didn’t even have a thread going.

So Higuain leaves? Sergej arrives?.
What about Pogba? Is it either Pogba or Sergej?

Replacement for Higuain? Do we have money for both Sergej and Icardi/ or a good replacement for Higauin, maby Morata on loan?

I remember you being correct about Pjanic and Higuain, even if the news back then seemed unrealistic, good job 😎

The replacement is Dybala. Allegri prefers Higuain but both Allegri and Marotta acknowledge that 4-3-3 is the only formation with which you can win. Marotta will not sell Dybala. Allegri must adapt once again.

Source: MikeM
Next time please insert the source at the beginning, will save some time ;).

Because he'll be 31 soon.

Oh, you meant the part about wages and price? Because he didn't have a bigger impact than Mandžukić and Morata as strikers considering the amount of playing time, status in the team etc. He was rarely instrumental in CL and while excellent in Serie A that's not why he was brought here and Ciro freaking Immobile would've done the same.
Mandzukic and Morata with bigger impact than Higuain :touched: . Morata would be nothing even in UCL without Tevez next to him. In the second season he scored against City away and had a good game in Munich which is not more than what Higua did for us in his two seasons here regarding UCL only. Same goes for Mario, he was our main striker in the first season here and did ok. Next two years he played second fiddle to Pipa. Now let's add Serie A achievements into the mix...

Unpopular opinion : I hope we sell him , i never liked Higuain (Well i was big fan of him when he played for Real) , but since he lost his movement and "became fat" never liked him !
I hope we sell him , but only for good money (at least 60m) .
Yeah, because young and agile strikers of Higuain quality cost 60 mln these days :baus: so we won't have a problem replacing him.

Paulo, DC, Pjanic, Chiello... and neither of them cost us Pogba + 15m
Now Pogba price was not 105mln but 75 because Raiola commission fell from the sky and United didn't have to pay it :baus:

Higuain has scored 16 goals in Serie A, and was a non factor in other aspects of the game in almost every game (exception being the Milan away game, and maybe 1-2 others im forgetting at the moment). you really think it will be impossible to replace that kind of contribution? we won Serie A before with Morata scoring 7 league goals, i shall remind you. i congratulated him on the Tottenham tie (even though his 2 misses in the 1st leg almost cost us), that was his major contribution this season. then you see a allegedly inferior player in Dzeko CARRYING an inferior team on his back against Shakhtar, Barcelona and Liverpool (should have won that tie, refs $#@!ed them), and it makes you wonder if our 90M striker is really that special
Higuain was a non factor bar his 16 goals even though he had 7 assists and played almost every game :baus:

Nedved to Sky Italia "We are not worried about a potential departure of Higuain. Let's see what will happen after the World Cup. The club must satisfy a player & not restrain him, he must be happy to put on the club's jersey. We should decide together."

Sounds like he's gone huh
Per FI translation it was more about Mandzukic.

He just doesnt suit this Juventus system IMO. He's succeeded inspite of that. Some of our football is similar to Atletico Madrid, so in that regard, we'd need strong, physical strikers standing their own against tough defenders and one who's great at hold up play and at bringing headers down. If Higuain had any of these qualities, we wouldnt be deploying Mandzukic as a LW for so long and have actual wingers playing in that position.
Therefore, let's just employ Dybala there :baus:

Generally, I wouldn't be against Higuain - Icardi swap because the latter is an exceptional striker with 110 Serie A goals under his belt by the age of 25. Will most likely score over 200 during his career and it speaks volumes. However, his price is at least 110mln so even if we managed to sell Pipa for 60mln we would need to spit another 60mln to afford Icardi and I thought we have more pressing needs.

exactly why I don't want us to sell Higuaín if our starting Striker will be Morata, id only agree to sell Higuaín if we can get an equal quality striker (Icardi, wont happen). Id defs be in favour of getting Morata in addition to having Higuaín, Morata can rotate on the wing and be a vice Higuaín, especially cause he need a backup striker, Higuaín plays so much because of lack of backup striker. Id be more happy if we didn't touch our attack (or Morata for Mandzu if he leaves) and just focus on our glaring weaknesses, a WC mid should be a number 1 target followed by a RB

the main issue with piggy is his price tag and salary. if it was only about his performances, i doubt the club would consider selling him. great striker, impossible to directly replace him with any 50-60m purchase.

Two minutes video on Juve’s mercato on Sky Sport by Guardala, Juve’s specialist; half of the time spent on subtle references to Higuaín. I think something is really happening.

So who do you confirm? Icardi or SMS? Or maybe both?

Selling Higuain points to something fishy going on but Icardi and SMS in one mercato would be too much to handle, lol. It would be such a big fuck you to the rest of the league xD

Corriere di Torino reports this morning of tensions between Gonzalo Higuain and Massimiliano Allegri. The incident that has worsened relations between Higuain and Allegri would have been the exclusion of the attacker from the eleventh of the Italian Cup final against Milan for the benefit of Mario Mandzukic, who had recovered at the last minute from the tie-up remedied by Vecino in Juve. According to the newspaper, Pipita can leave, especially if a striker like Maurito Icardi lands in Turin. Juventus must however derive at least 60 million from his transfer to avoid a loss. About thirty of the 90 million paid in 2016 to Naples, in fact, have been amortized in the first two seasons.

Higuain cost us alot of money. His 90 million transfer with salary wow. If we sell him for atleast 45 million euros( 2 year left on contract). We can easily afford SMS or Pogba and Morata.

Yes Higuain is a better goalscorer but Morata is faster, more suited to CL and has the ability to score in important games. Sergej and Morata for Higuain? Without doubt.

I was never a fan of Higuain and even more his transfer here but he delivers and replacing him while theoretically might not be a bad idea, historically it is a terrible idea because we won't be able to replace him with a player of his stature.

 yeah that's why he subbed him on in our last game and he played nearly every game this season, its obvious Allegri values and trusts Higuaín, he didn't even bench him when he was in poor form at the start of the season, so much bs coming from these papers

So he’s worth €55m to us on our balance sheet. Looks like we want to cash in whilst he still has a pretty high value. Not a fan of this tbh. I’d only sanction this move if we signed SMS and maybe Martial/Morata.
Maybe that is the point? I don't know because selling him for the sake of replacing with some other forward doesn't make sense.

Maybe we know that Morata is being grumpy at Chelsea and he wants just Juve. Then we're trying to fuck Chelsea over because Sarri wants Higuain while Morata wants only us. So we basically do a swap with delayed payment to have some cash for a CM? Seems kinda weird but maybe there's something to it.
Pogba is another one that keeps popping up recently. This one seems even more unlikely tbh.
