He gets 2-3 players on him and is half the player with less space. Might seem harsh to say it but he either gets used to that and progresses beyond it or he'll never be considered a genuinely top player. They'll say he roflstomps a league in the strongest team and has it easy, and tbh it'll be hard to argue against it.
He needs to work on that first touch and protecting the ball, and something that will come with time is his split-second decision making as to what to do when suddenly he has two or more markers.
