Either it was a MASSIVE trolling or we'll pay that clause.
I think it's obvious to anyone not only here but for sure at Juve that ADL wouldn't have negotiated with us any deal and ofcurse for his best player.
We(Beppe and co) knew from the begining it's going to take the clause.
You never know. Maybe a few days after mercato ended, Beppe will tell us that there have never ever been talks with Napoli about Higuain.

Beppe: Andrea I just had a great business idea.

Agnelli: What is it beppe? Your last great "idea" of paying the RC for Higuain in 10 installments was not very good.

Beppe: No, No, it's not about new signings. I just figured out how to increase our revenues so worrying about RCs is a thing of the past. :diculo:

Agnelli: Okay tell me. :facepalm2:

Beppe: I have developed a lollipop that tastes like pussy. Boys are gonna go crazy for this product. I even have a prototype.

Agnelli: *licks the lollipop* uuuughh this is disgusting it tastes like asshole. I don't like rim jobs.

Beppe: turn it around Andrea, turn it around :beppe:

Sure but it's hard to believe....ADL was demanding the clause for Pipipta even before Juve, during the season.he always said that he will sell him only for it.

How about we keep Cavani discussion to a different thread? It's boring my fucking tits off reading about him on this page.

WE'RE NOT LINKED TO HIM

PSG would sooner commit mass suicide than sell us their only striker for <£200,000,000

He's not relevant in this discussion. And every few pages somebody else comes in with a fucking 'LET'S GET CAVANI HERP DERP' and reboots the entire motherfucking discussion again.
'For 50M he's ours '

or

'If Arsenal sign Higuain, Sanchez is ours'

The delusion is stronk among some people. The only way Cavani becomes a genuine possibility is if they(PSG) decide to buy Higuain themselves otherwise forget about the Cavani's of this world.

Anyhow I am happy with this outcome(if this thing ends now at all).A mountain of money for a 29 (almost ) year old.
Let ADL keep Higuain.
He will never have the season like last one and we will be still above them at least 12-15 points. We will find a good striker. The window is long so many things could happen.

I really dont know what you're on about. We're only having this discussion in the first place because Higuain has a release clause. Simple. Our relationship with them doesnt matter as long as we trigger the clause.

PSG are a top European team, yes. 500M revenues, star players and winning league titles. Compare them to Napoli, its an apples to oranges comparison. They dont want to let go off Cavani. When Barca for example wanted to sign Marquinhos, they threatened them of triggering Messi's release clause. Thats how strong and wealthy they are. If they want to keep their players, we have no chance at signing any of them.

So yes higuain deal is much easier than Cavani because Higuain has a release clause regardless of the numbers being mentioned. Next thing you're gonna tell me 'Signing Verratti is an easy deal' or what ?!
what i am on about? nothing i just replied to you point on point and you respond like i was talking about something else.

like i said psg on paper is big but as his results in CL he is simply crap even with top players, maybe they will improve in future that i dont know but their current form is just crap in CL.

they got money yeah they do but that doesnt mean the power you mentioned ( activating messi clause ) in order to activate the clause you need the player approval or you think you can get him against his will?

pjanic send a letter to roma informing that he approved juve and they will activate the clause, so even if you have the money its useless unless you get the player approval.

in the end any star want titles and above that to win CL, eventually if psg failed to win it year after year players will ask to leave in order to win it.

 It's as if they think top EPL teams or Mega minted PSG operate within the same boundaries as clubs like Milan

When Cavani - Juve rumours are all over every news outlet in Italy then maybe we can discuss him. Until then, suggesting Cavani every 2 hours in a PSG thread is just derailing the thread.

Might as well discuss the pro's and con's of buying Suarez.

It's cool, just that Cavani has been popping up almost as often as Higuain on this thread since the beginning. I am skeptical of transfers like this too. But if we feel we can afford 94M spread out over 2 installments - player sales then i'm fully on board.

Well why do you think Verratti is still at PSG then ? Even though he was angling for moves to Real or Barca.

Money plays a huge part. PSG can afford to pay top level wages to their players. If any club comes knocking for their best players, PSG just proceed to renew their contracts.

Fair argument that eventually players would want to leave for something new even if they're getting paid well. But we need to remember PSG just released Zlatan and Cavani is the only true CF in their squad. Its close to impossible to even have a chance of signing him unless like i mentioned, PSG decide to buy Higuain.

my point is not who we should land cavani or higuain, any of them will be fantastic for me i cant disagree.

but the amount is hug man, my point both deals are hard to be done, but for me i found it easier and more sweetable for us to get cavani.

bothe ways am happy.
