Wonder why Gonzalo " best striker in the world " Higuain doesn't have any market bar Arsenal and Napoli.

:seven:
Cmon, even someone like you should understand why.

He's value'd bit over 30 mil. Thats high, but if he hits his form under pelligrini, its actually low.

There is a certain number of teams that can pay that 30mil.
- some play with a lone striker,Higuain needs a 2 striker play to shine, so rules those out
- most are allready set in the frontline, and will spend 30 mil elsewere
- arsenal and napoli are left.

Now that wasent hard now was it

I'm actually surprised why Pellegrini hasn't moved for him and got Negredo for similar sum when supposedly he had his best form under his reign.

Still, its impressive how easily Napoli has overcome the matter that have been haunting us for nearly a decade, in our quest to sign such a prestige finisher!!
We have failed so many times to get our Dzekos, RVPs etc and even now, had issues closing this deal and had to settle with Tevez.
Making all the small baby steps to reach that level, so that we can attract such a high caliber striker in low life serie A.
Going after all those Amauris, IAquintas, MAtris, Tonis, Borriellos, Bendtners, Anelkas etc and they just stepped in and bought a Higuain class player from Real Madrid!!
Kudos to their transfer managers!!
According to their president they have 120 million to spend. However you must be right. Their sporting director must be incredible to spend 40 million on Higuain. A price that even Arsenal wasn't touching and they are desperate for a striker and according to many have the money to spend.

Cronios, part of the reason why Serie A seems to be bouncing back (a bit) can be contributed to Juve running $#@! in Italy and making a name for ourselves again in Europe.
Because we are the ones who needs to carry this shitty italian teams always.

If it wasnt for us,.... i dont wanna know in which state serie A would be now..... I really dont.|

Our mere presence is pressing the merda sisters and the others to simply forcefully improve, or live under our reign of tiranny for the coming 2 or 3 years.

Lets hope that the league level will continue growing and the teams will continue reinforcing.

they have been powerhouses for so long. They were both in better position than us pre calciopoli, and now imagine.

Also, the italian league lost appeal and CL spots.

They are a small team to hold his ambitions, he was gone at heart some time ago. It was inecitable to happen. They have exploited his qualities far too long already and manage to find such a talent.
They have spent half of the profit to replace him, with a great player and still have enough millions to further strenghten themselves.

It is a talent that they have managed to find before everyone else.
They didnt lose nothing from this process. When we sell our 25mil acquisitions for 5mil, we do hurt, but they managed to get such a player from the profit alone!
But whats the most remarcable, is that such transfer has happened, from the prestige side of views!

The past 10 years we were struggling to buy players of this class, with an equivalent ammount of money at hand, but we were failing miserably, each and every year.
Even now after two consecutive titles, seemingly going for the third star and showing great performances in CL, with our presence there guaranteed.
Even we had difficulties to make such a prestigious transfer happen!

And apart from our superior comoaring to Napoli status, we are still named Juvents, a has been that carries a lot of history on its back!
Napoli had their MAradona moments, but thats about it and even with Higuain their titles hopes are still slim, their chances in europe still reduced...

Every time Secco or Marotta was failing in the transfer market, those obstacles were brought forward to excuse their incompetence, but Napoli just did it!
They do deserve all the praise they can get, such transfers bring a lot of prestige not only to them, but the entire league!
This is most likely going to be the most prestigious transfer of this summer's mercato.

I wonder what would've happened if we had missed on Tevez (say to Milan) and then Nipples have snatched Higuain!?
Would our poor poor empty pocketed :touched: of a club opt for the likes of Osvaldos and Chamakhs of this world yet again or would somehow, all of a sudden come up with the money to overspend the big bucks for a top striker?

Pressing continuously. The Napoli tries to convince Gonzalo Higuain. The offer of 37 million plus three bonus has been accepted by Real Madrid, and the attacker is beginning to take into account the hypothesis Italian. There were telephone contacts between the Argentine, Raul Albiol and Jose Maria Callejon, his former comrades in Spain. Higuain had a promise with Arsenal, but the first English club wants to close the discussion Champions League qualification. For this, filter moderate optimism, the deal goes well. The Naples offer a contract to 5 million per year for two seasons, thus leaving the player image rights (the contract with Nike expires in two years), then trying to negotiate from the second year onwards in raising the employment 7 million per season.

And according to a couple of Spanish sources ,he has already agreed terms with them apparently.Cant believe this transfer is happening.Rather see him in Napoli than Arsenal in any case. Those fuckers should suffer.

Indeed.

I also believe it will motivate our players, knowing they will be up against the likes of Higuain, Gomez, Balotelli etc. It will keep them on their toes, and make it easier for Conte to remind them on the training ground why he's pushing them so damn hard.

I don't think their attack is better than what it was with Cavani, even with higgy. It would be a great signing for them though and quite hilarious that Arsenal would still miss out.
