In an ideal world, I think Juve would be getting a top notch SS.

If they can't get one, but can get Higuain, I'm not going to say they shouldn't take the chance to sign him.

Or should I be doing the Juventuz thing of saying Juve must sign Player X and throw a tantrum if he doesn't arrive, even if an excellent player arrives instead?

You know, he had 43% of his shots turning into goals that season
So you keep saying.

I don't watch Real Madrid regularly. At least 90% of the Real games I see are big games (CL ties or games v Barca).

Overall he may have a great conversion rate, but he most certainly doesn't in the games I'm watching him in.

Problem is that he is at his best in a 2man frontline

Mourinho and his 4-2-3-1 isnt his thing, and he publically said it
He's still getting in plenty great positions and getting chances when I see him.

Now, not being in his preferred role may have knocked his confidence, but a striker as good as people make him out to be would be scoring more of those chances in big games.

When was it he was excelling at Real Madrid?

Was it playing with Raul?

08-09 it was a Higuaín-Raúl partnership mostly. When Huntelaar played he went to a wider role a few times.

09-10 I remember Ronaldo basically playing as a striker alongside him.

want me to link the lewandowski crap against man city ?
Can you please stop with this nonsense that he scored on 43% of his shots. I don't know where you got that number but it's not even close.

Nah, it's ok. I get you and understand your explained opinion but thought that you were contradicting yourself.}

I agree with your opinion tho. :)

Di Marzio is by far the most reliable transfer journalist in Italy.
Thanks

We dont need Higuain we have Llorente. We need a goalscoring winger who will create chances for Llorente and wont waste chances like half our team does. I would much rather see Isco come to Juve exactly what we need.

Thing is, these arent newspaper rumors, this is Di Marzio speaking
he been wrong about transfer targets before no?

its just the rumors make no sense. signing llorente, then asking for one of sanchez, or jovetic, then ibrahimovic only reeks of media confusion.

"Even with Ibrahimovic and Higuain, I still don't think we can win the CL." - Conte

So does that mean Conte thinks of Ibra and Higuain as the same type of player?
