But those are not the only big games Real play every season. If games against Milan, Napoli, Inter, Roma and Lazio will be considered big games after a potential move to Juve, you have to include Atletico, Sevilla, Valencia, Villareal (in the past) and Malaga in the list of big teams Real have played. Higuain's scoring record is immense in those games. Real have been generally bad in the CL (before Mourinho came) and against Barca (until Mou's second season) which was more of a mentality problem. Higuain has also perfromed really well (with tons of goals and assists) every time he's played for his NT, he ended up their top goal scorer in the world cup (big enough tournament?) above Messi and Tevez.

We should take the opportunity to sign him. His off the ball movement is what we lack in attack, can't think of any other forward who moves as well. Perfect physique, great shooting technique and an undeniable scoring instinct; exactly what we need.
 marry me !

Aside Higuain, sales this summer will be crucial, sooo many players to sell.
wondering how many $$$ we can make

Higuain? Hmm.. doesn't convices me a lot! As some said we better go for Jovetic after that Llorente transfer
Jovetic better then Higuain

Some people here

I see the word clinical being tossed around quite a bit...
Although I think Higuain is a great player, "clinical" wouldn't really be my assessment of him. Statistics be damned :D
Could be that I haven't watched enough of his games, and/or that those that I watched were against the toughest opposition.
Anyway, converting more chances against smaller clubs is nothing to hold against him; those are the games that matter the most when it comes to winning the league. CL is another matter...

That being said, if Juve can get him, I'm all for it.
"the statistics tell he's mightly clinical, but screw statistics, i dont like him so he isnt clinical"

tuz

I prefer le Benz but Gonzalo would be a dream signing!
both are dream signings indeed, but they both are best in a 2 striker system. they dont come to their full right at real.

benzema the technical player, deep and adding to creating, higuain the striker, finishing and making darting runs

Oh come on!! People not wanting Higuain here are deluuuuuuuded.
its the same with those dissing llorente, based on this season

A big transfer is going to happen. Relax. We won't be disappointed in that sense at least. Anyone who thinks it won't happen or can't happen is wrong. It's gonna be a stellar summer.
