Still makes only 2. Arguement stands.
We paid 11m for half of Gio. About 9m for Caceres who we had loaned earlier and Marrotta chose to lose the loan amount instead of redeeming him, and then loaned him again and eventually bought outright.

But whatever, that alone is not the cause. Conte for a large part has made those signings work. A lesser coach perhaps may not have gotten the same out of Barzagli, Bonnucci, Padoin, Pepe, Peluso, Giaccherini, Asamoah(LwB), Matri, Quag etc. he had some clarity in his ideas and their implementation.

Spending almost 180m in 3 years and consistently maintaining a 100m+ wage bill is not what u describe a broke club with little to no money.
Thats extremely idiotic but then again i expect such idiotic statements from milan fans.

"Clubs are in advanced talks, Arsenal have made a strong offer as have Juventus, we won't get into contract talks till the clubs find an agreement"

Nick "we lost him,he is off to Arsenal"

did you read the money part? sammer bought martinez and götze by paying their respective release clause. now he added kirchhoff for free (decent transfer).
i rate sammer very highly but it´s not like he showed great negotiation skills (yet) etc. ^^
Martínez was signed by honess last Year. They didn't want sammer to make that Deal. So he only signed Götze for his release clause and Kirchhoff on a free

yeah i read that as well but i also watched an interview where sammer said he was involved "a little bit". whatever that means. doesn´t matter though. my point is that sammer had nothing to do with the likes of dante, shaquiri or mandzukic and therefore it´s a little early to praise him because i could have signed götze (and martinez) while being at bayern.

Higuaín is so ours ;) Arsenal won't get neither him nor Jovetic. And end up buying some African player instead. London loves Africans.

The Gunners have been considered as front-runners for the Argentine striker since it emerged that he could be tempted into a move away from the Spanish capital.

Arsene Wenger is believed to have been given the green light to bring established names to Emirates Stadium this summer, with Manchester United's Wayne Rooney also linked to Arsenal.

However, Juventus are rivalling the North London club in the race to sign 25-year-old Higuain, who scored 16 goals in 28 La Liga appearances last season.

According to speculation, Higuain had agreed personal terms with Arsenal but his father, Jorge Higuain, has indicated that his son could also still move to Juventus.

"Nothing has been signed yet but I can assure you there are advanced talks between the clubs," said Higuain senior in the Mail on Sunday.

"We wouldn't arrange any personal contract before the clubs agree for the transfer. I'm aware Arsenal has made a strong offer, as well as Juventus."

The Saint Conte card of course. How could I forget. Conte works with the quality brought to him by Beppe and it's clearly superior.

Giovinco moght have been expensive but it was always going to be this way after he was wastef in the Secco era. Should've sold him last year when his value was high imo, but hey the kid is class considering he's a squad player. Same for Caceres, made an initial mistake, but a classy sub. Expensive buy from the pennypincher.
