It’s almost certainly an ACL injury. I’ve mentally prepared myself for it.
Somehow needs replacing in January, we have very little adequate cover there. Gatti will be badly exposed without Bremer there.
Just awful. And the ref fuckin played on too, even tho the guy clearly body checked Bremer which lead to his bad injury.

He is so important. We looked very vulnerable when he came out.
Kalulu made come great last ditch tackles but this masked the fact that we conceded so many chances and were very lucky that Leipzig were extremely wasteful.
I have the same feeling now as I did when Chiesa got injured during the game against Roma.
Everyone was on such a high from the win that they didn't realize that losing a player like this was worst than a loss as in the long run this injury was going to cost us way more than 3 points.
Chiesa like many other players who suffered similar injuries were never the same again.
Sorry to be a downer after such a great result but this is the sad reality of it. Let's hope that with a bit of luck the injury isn't as serious as it seems to be.

Still thinking this was a foul by Openda. He run and have force with him, when the ball is bouncing on the air, he looked left and saw Bremer arriving.Then he charge his shoulder to Bremer who just arrive run on straight line. Bremer lost his balance and on the his left foot missteps the soil

The ball was going in a different direction to where Bremer was and Openda charged the player first who didn’t expect it, so wasn’t braced for the impact.
At the very least I was hoping one of our players would return the favour and crush the annoying cunt by charging him and landing on him, but sadly our group are not built that way anymore.
