Schira reporting it’s for 6M per year. How much was he on from his December renewal?

Gazetta says no release clause on the new contract but don’t know how reliable they are.

#Bremer2029: non esiste una clausola rescissoria per quanto riguarda questa finestra di mercato. Mentre a partire dall’estate 2025 entrerà in vigore una clausola variabile superiore ai 60 milioni

#Bremer2029 : There is no release clause regarding this transfer window. While starting from summer 2025 a variable clause exceeding 60 million will come into force

He'll be 28 in 2025. Let's just say none is going to pay over 60M for a CB in his late 20s

release clause doesnt activate until next summer, and it will be higher than 60M…allegedly.

no one is paying a one time payment of 60M for a CB anyway, nevermind a higher figure, so no need to worry about it imo. Glad to see a top player actually committed to Juve.

Also Liverpool paid 75m for 28 year old VVD 5 years ago. And we had record high bid for Thuram at the time when he was 29, similar cases at the time for Cannavaro to Real Madrid etc.

It's not common but it happens.
So one in 10/20 scenarios that this happens. VVD was 27 and with EPL tax and incoming money from Coutinho sale, that drove the price.

Basically Bremer needs to have an absolute elite season(leading to silverware/deep CL run) for someone to pay over €60M for him

I don't mind that we sell him in that scenario especially if JJ are back to competing for titles again. Unlikely but let's see...

#Bremer to GdS: “I stayed at #Juventus to win with this shirt. Many wanted me, but I said no because I'm already in a top club. #Motta convinced me: it's ambitious, together we'll do great things. I really believe in the #Juve project, I know it's a multi-year project and that's why I chose to stay for a long time”

I took it from the article officially announcing the renewal - https://www.juventus.com/en/news/articles/gleison-bremer-renews-2029

- - - Updated - - -

I think we looked at the numbers, stats and alternatives and concluded that it would be smarter to tie him down to a more secure long term contract and without a release clause that could prove itself undervalued, at the same time making sure he is 100% committed to our project and will no longer listen or be distracted by other suitors lurking around.
