If our budget was say 40M.

Transfers in: Rossi( (-15M + Trez) + 12 M(salary difference in 2 years) ) = -3 M.
Diego: ( 25M ) = -25. Cannavaro: Free. Left back : ( 10 M) = -10 M
Right Back : ( 8 M ) = -8

We end up with a ( -46 M ) loss in total.

That's 6 M above our transfer budget. Considering that we're going to offload quite few players. I'd say we'll even end up in a surplus if anything.

We will even probably bring down Rossi's price if anything. I think all in all, we would have strengthened our defence with two decent fullbacks and massively increased our attacking quality with world class players such as Rossi and Diego.
