They see it more as a business this days whyle also seeking financial stability and that's probably how it should be on a long term project. Tho,what is unexplainable in the quantity over quality strategy, just to give as an example we wont make anything out of a Matuidi/Khedira/Howedes resell, if we do go by the feeder club strategy than why not just buy and straight away give a chance in the team to younger more potentially profitable players ... anyway this is just non-sense talk and regardless of our complaints the team has a clear and succesfull strategy up till now and maybe all this 'hate' comes from the high expectations we as fans have after 2 lost UCL finals in 3 years... unlike us, the management is taking it more like a step at a time IMO and in the end we'll probably be happy how the team has done at the end of the season even tho we won't reach a UCL final again anytime soon with the current roaster.

We should've signed another midfielder and a good one (Sergej) and a really good right back. Those are my biggest concerns.

I really don't like Costa but it is what it is. We needed wingers, now we have them. Allegri just needs to find a better tactic and combination. It's gonna get better hopefully but than again, we don't have the quality for winning the CL and that's what we want the most. :/

Giuseppe Marotta admits Juventus “have to improve in defence”, but defends the transfer campaign.
The Bianconeri are three points off the top in Serie A, having scored more goals than anyone in Serie A, but they’ve conceded nine goals in nine games.
“Was our transfer campaign wrong?” Marotta considered in a Press conference after today’s shareholders’ meeting.

“Absolutely not. We have a point more than last year, we have the best attack but we need to improve in defence.”
Marotta was also asked about promoting more young players to the first team.
“We have 49 players out on loan, the objective is to win and the statistics tell us you can’t win with only young players.
“We’ve launched a young man like [Rodrigo] Bentancur into the first team, and there’s a young Italian talent like [Federico] Bernardeschi in the squad.”
