Vidal wanted to leave so bad that he didn't voice it until Marotta called him and asked. Everytime I want something really bad and I know I can get it by asking I also sit still and wait it to be offered to me. Because that's how bad I want it.
No but when a player commit DUI, it shows how limited his discipline are. And he was not too great last season too. Stop whinning, u can go support Bayern to make your life easier.

Never heard that joke before. Very innovative.
It's not a joke.He does everything he could to keep him but, because, obviously, tied hands, he failed.
Anyway, maybe better, because as someone here described Vidal's condition and sale ,with fierce enthusiasm ,that was a good sale because he was so old at 28 years and an injury prone.Bayern were so stupid to offer him a 5 years contract.Because they are a joke of a team.We rip them of.
Having that in mind beloved Beppe went straight to Munich to persuade their officials that the price is real and concluded it.
Anyway maybe Hernanes is younger and better at 30.So his buying last day of the window do make sense.Mighty Beppe.

I really don't think we did.

If you ask me, we wanted him out & basically showed him the door.
The fact that he never came to Turin, straight from Chile to his vacation and directly to Germany shows that we didn't even try. The way Marotta disregards that he was even a Juve player (not to mention fundamental and abysmal) shows that he was shown the door as you say.

Somebody touched on it in another thread about his sale coming from the top as his DUI was bad for our image and this does sound very plausible.

Thats why Marotta was seemingly caught off guard and sold him at the first opportunity and had no back up plan whatsoever.

He's probably also been told not to talk about Vidal and thats why there was no mention of him in interviews and also with us respecting the players wishes and selling him to Bayern Vidal has probably promised not to shit talk about the club.

We should really have kept Vidal and then reap the benefits next year when Vidal probably killed some kid while drunk driving. Just imagine the boost in publicity we would get and we finally would be on par with the clubs that have rapists as players. We would basically kill it in the notoriousity charts. Who dares to have a midfield battle against a proven killer? We would murder the enemies.
