look, he gets the credit when we do well but when he obviously makes the team worse he will get the blame for it as well.

allegri gets none of the blame for me at all, I hope he doesn't as well. He was not the one who took a CL finalist squad and shattered it into pieces.

Allegri is already being blamed, the poor guy is having deja vu från his Milan days

I have never seen you blame Marotta while at the same time put all the responsibility on Allegri to perform with what he got.
I know you have never seen me blame Marotta because you selectively read more than anyone on this forum. In addition to your selectively reading you fabricate internal meanings to my posts that don't exist. Sorta like what you said yesterday that's "exactly" what I said when it obviously not what I said.

Only you can quote my post implicating BOTH Allegri and Marotta and still claim I don't blame Marotta.

Why should Allegri get the blame? For what? He didn't reduce the quality of the squad, the quality of the squad was taken from him.
Formation and lineup choices. You know, the same reasons why Conte was blamed for doing poorly in Europe. Fascinating When we signed Allegri whatever was "going to happen as a failure" would have been his fault. Suddenly, a year later, its impossible to blame Allegri for anything related to doing his job? Come on Suns.

1 point against Chievo and Udinese at home is simply the coach's fault. The team he has at his disposal is more than good enough to win 6 points in these two matches.

Thank you.

Could Marotta given him a better team? Absolutely. Could Allegri have won with the team he currently has? Absolutely.

Whos fault is it when we give 40mil for Dybala and 18mil for Zaza, when Roma just loaned Dzeko and Salah?
Whos fault is it that we got less than 40mil from Vidal, Tevez, Pirlo and Llorente?
Dybala was 32 mio which is a good price for a top class talent. I think Salah is a 23,5 mio. obligation. I would much rather have Dybala for 32 mio. Dzeko will end up costing them 15 mio. He has 9 mio. wages. So the total cost will end up being more ore less the same as for mandzu ( 21 mio. fee and 7 mio) wages. I guess that pretty fair considering they are around the same level players, playing the same position, having the same age. The Zaza transfer was retarded I will give you that.

What inflation ?! You serious !

The whole EU are in almost a deflation circle since 2007 !

And the difference is more than 20 mil between our net spending in 2001 summer and this summer transfer.

I have to double check this, but I believe we've broke a club record this summer for the most money this club "ever" spent in 1 summer.

Plus In 2001 we've replaced the best player in the world (zidane) with one of the best defenders in Serie A and Europe in Thuram, the best goalkeeper in Serie A and one of the best in Europe (who eventually became the best keeper in the world for the last 2 decades) in Buffon and the best AM in Serie A (excluding Zidane who left Italy) in Nedved.

I've been around that period and I remember it as if it was yesterday, Moggi hardly had a huge transfer budget to work with during his time in charge of this club with the exception of that 2001 summer but he was a shrewd guy. We hardly felt the difference in squad quality when zidane left because he replaced a top quality player with 3 top players.

I think he is refering to inflation in transfer prices. i dont think it is possible to get 3 world class established players for 125 mio. euro in todays market unless Its players in their late 20ties or early 30ties and in that case the rejuvination of the squad does not happen which will give us the same problems in a year or two.

Only one thing you intentionally forgor, the team has gone a major overhaul and the players the coach got came in late that he barely had the chance to work with and as for the first two matches, he didn't even have the players he asked for (not names in particular but positions he wanted)
