I can't figure how a guy can head a club for four straight championships and a CL final, starts what many thought was a good summer transfer campaign, Vidal leaves and wants new pastures, and suddenly he's an evil menace out to destroy Juventus. That's what I can't figure.

This mercato was great until he sold Vidal. Then the mess started, + injuries (including Asamoah's mysterious lack of recovering).
Did he fell obliged to sell Vidal? OK.
But hold the selling while you search for adequate replacement, ffs. We had to do what Vidal wanted, at the price Bayern wanted, and also at the time they fucking wanted? What are we, Madre Teresa? Is Marotta's job to look for the player's interests or Juventus' interests?
He shouldn't have sold Vidal while he didn't achieve the guys he was looking for. It's that simple. Clearly wasn't prepared for it.
Also it is very annoying to see him keep saying the player's will the thing that matters. We lose leverage when he repeats that fucking mantra. And saying we'll never sign Oscar/Isco is totally uncalled for. If you think it's true, you don't have to necessarily say it. Just keep your mouth shut. People complained a lot about Conte doing it.

No, they dont. Like i said extremely clearly for everyone else, you do friendlies for fitness levels and to see how your fancy players are combining and behaving naturally. Seeing a team having a surprisingly good organisation despite the lack of tactical gameplan and defensive coaching yet, this is remarcable.
Its a encouraging sign, and thats it.

Tbh, its not like we expect a good reply from you in this thread, considering you are the guy that kept going on and on about how juventus had to be all out attacking, significantly drop organisation to play as many creative players as we can.

We sold vidal, there is no "replacement vidal" for a price that fits our philosophy. But we have khedira and asamoah and pereyra so we go from there, and look to add a cam.
We arent after isco and oscar, he answered that when specifically asked, and its good to clear that our. I however understand you are very upset about getting shoved in the face we wont buy isco
Vasquez is quite a good player for this system. I'm somewhat surprised you dont like him, as he got quite a bit of flair. But he's rather effective, so i understand why you dont.
Also, not liking a backup defender, is quite hilarious. But again we understand. He's not a fancy lolzillian that can only attack but not defend as a fullback. So you will hate him.
May i ask. Why do you post on this forum ? Your analysis of Brazilian players is quite wrong most of the time, you arent at all in touch with juventus tradition and philosophy, and complain that we arent playing like fancy lolzillia.
I recon there are plenty of La Liga or brazillian forums to post your flair and fancy desire

I am not sure of the wages all the players i mentioned above are on but that's an aspect i need you to fill me in to properly make the math of this years mercatto.
What also needs to be point out is that last year everybody was expecting more of the 2014 mercatto in which we were mostly quiet , when everyone was preparing for 'big moves' giving the previous UCL group stage exit , Conte decided to leave giving the circumstances and having only Morata / Sturaro / Evra and Pereyra as new additions with Allegr the team almost won a 'treble' , but some fail to realise how important was Tevez and Pirlo's creativity , it was more than that , they were giving a 'world class air' among the dressing room , being inspirational also for youngsters , last year especially Tevez carryed our atack with Morata poaching him and right now we have a much younger team with much better pace but with less creativity and experience , which is a downgrade so far this summer , i still hope we are aiming for a top AM because we surely lack one right now.
So , going back to our funds conversation , last year we made little investments so if our starting budget last year wasn't €15 milion than we should still have some cash left , but so far im going to try to avoid the last 3 transfer markets and talk only about the present in which i know for a fact we got a very consistent deal with Adidas for our kits which in any top team is seen as a upgrade to the annual budget and beside that we went all the way to the UCL final and being the only Italian team representing Italy in the UCL knockouts increased all our TV and marketing revenues which makes us much more potent financially than in any other year post calciopoli.
Those are my arguments from what i see as a fan and not as a accountant , we should have sufficient funds remaining to be able to complete and finish our team/mercatto in a world class manner.

Actually we dont. We''ve net spend about 54 mil currently, and a part of these free'd wages are used.
We do got some in the tank for a cm singing, but not "that" much.
Also, because we lowered wages, doesnt mean we should fill it again. Next season plenty of players will see their wage increase, so its best to keep them as low as we can

I am judging by his recent comments and moves , what are we supposed to do , say everything is fine and like he cant make mistakes? His comments and moves just don't match and of course that makes me question his view of the team. We suffered big changes this summer so far but somehow we still get linked with the same kind of players as the previous summers , the guy is trying to bargain for top players , let's be serious , you can't get guys like Gotze and Draxler on loan , if we can't seal a deal for such players now , im just worryed what will happen if we have 2013/2014 season all over again , just with no Seria A record points this time ...

I'm not saying the guy isn't deserving of criticism. But it seems that most juventini these days have the attention spans of gnats. If we can't close Gotze in 48 hours, let's give up on him. The transfer window is four weeks from being over and we don't have a CAM yet, it's a failure.
Is it really that hard to be patient and let things play out in their due course before we know to condemn failure or not?

I do understand what you mean and we are keeping the wage bill low but i am going to ask you a realistic question. What do you prefer ; buying a mediocre CAM for 10-20 millions which will probably make no real impact and surely not be worth the number 10 shirt or adding about another 15 millions to get a top AM worth of representing Juventus and possibly lead our atack for at least 3 years? And this kind of sums just can't be over our bill , the issue here is that it seems so far nobody is willing to risk this summer on another "big" transfer after Dybala. Anything bigger than that would mean a new record signing for Marotta and what makes me concerned is that is clear he won't make 2 record signings in one summer , even tho right now we kinda need them , so i'll hate to get to the point when we make a cheap panic buy in the last days of the mercatto ....
Sometimes what I think the management does not get is, that if you spend 15-20m and take a chance on an average player - it can actually be more expensive than spending 40-50m on a player where they offer near guarantees.
We can look at examples here. I know its going back. But lets take Aguero. He would have cost 45m at the time. We ended up with Vucinic and a lot of other average players. We were lucky we got such a great deal for Tevez in the end though.
Now lets look at the Draxler/Gotze thing. In the end Gotze is probably not interested. But let's say his valuation is EU45m versus Draxler at EU25m. Gotze is the no brainer in this case. My suspicion though is that if Marotta could have either at those valuations, he would walk away from the Gotze deal based on the transfer fee and go for Draxler.
In a perfect world I would like our primavera players to be better - they mostly don't look so great. Marchisio was the last player to have really made it through. When you look over the last 10 years, that is a poultry return to say the least. Teams like Barca have a much better youth development system. This means, that they can focus their transfer budget in having a world class starting XI.
We have invested too much money on depth signings. Would have rather 80% of the budget go to the starting XI and the rest coming from youth.
