The continessa project.

We have loaned the ground for x amount of years, with the rule to invest 65 million (iirc) into it.
We want to start working on it, as soon as possible.
Wich is good, since the finished project, will generate alot of extra cash for us, like the stadium is currently, like what madrid does.

Now the problem is that funding off all them millions.

Its a construction based loan, so you need to upfront a percentage of the total sum.

Juventus doesnt have much liquid money at the end of the season. Much will go into this.

For those reasons, we need to pay the deals in installments. But it also means we have a tigher budged on top players.

There is a reason why our management (that includes agnelli) refuses to snatch Higuain at reals asking price. They'll do anything to lower the demand under 25 mil
So you always call sportsmediaset rubbish, but now you seem to be basing your opinion off (passed off as fact) that and similar type gurus etc that we can be sure Agnelli & co offered 22m-25m etc. Along with some estimations of investments.

Makes sense.

No, agreeing with me while thinking something else, would make you a bandwagonner, wich i despise.

While i react violently over voidless claims you make about marotta, i have nothing personal against you and respect you like any other person.
I wouldnt do that if you'd bandwagon
I don't even...

It's not known. Only speculated.
I'm pretty sure it's confirmed, maybe the figure was a little lower.

Dont you ever fucking read anything ?
CONTINESSA PROJECT

We cant spend as much on a single player as back then, and we never even offered 25 mil for RVP, that was pure media bullshit.
Just like HOW YOU KNOW AGNELLI OFFERED 22M

DERP DERP HERP DERP

Hi I'm Zach,
I'll just contradict everything I say

Bye.

That doesnt come of sportmediaset

I've read two financial opinions about continessa, that linked it to our economic situation, how it was good for juventus, but how we should not expect any bigger move in the transfermarket

Mexicans are cool, africans are cool, and jews have an excellent concept of bleeding every penny out of something, so you dont belong to any of those

Hell yes i am. We currently got 2 new master projects running about a concept i made my bachelor graduating thesis about last year.
The entire concept is based around a MUCH more cost efficient way to remove nitrogen based compounds out of industrial wastewater.
WHile as a bachelor thesis, you are a bit limited, the more in dept master projects, confirm the viablity and cost efficiency of the project.

Was that a response to your question ? probably not, but i felt like saying it other way

Cost-efficiency

Fantastic reply.

Normally one would expect a detailed list of why he had a diffrent opinion and what it should be.
But that would be expecting to much from someone like you
Nice one ace. Judging by your track record around here I don't expect much from you either.

Now run home and get your shinebox

 So it's not media bullshit for you because otherwise you would look bad  What else to be expected I guess  I guess you were sat at the table with Agnelli, Marotta & Perez.

Financial opinions

Key word: opinion

Opinion doesn't equal fact.

Just pointing that out.

It was never confirmed. Just media rubish to sell papers. Have we spend more than 20M on a single player in the last couple of years? And why is that? This year for a single player 25M is maximum imo and if that. If we manage to offload some of deadwood in attack this figure will increase as we'll have less amortization costs, wages and more funds.

25m, sure I can go with that. 22m seems too low.

It was even on official Juve page about this project and costs of it. Certainly in semestral reports. They just need to connect the dots. Around 12M as I recall.

You base yourself around bullshit media who post transfer rumors.

I read 2 independant analysis of our continessa project, and they made an awfull lot of sense.

When i first read about continessa, the first thing i tought was "wow 65mil, how are we gonna do this, loan the money?"

Then both writers made the correct point, of the initial payment before a construction based loan.

And indeed, the big problem, as explained by delpiero84 in the financial thread a few pages back, is juventus beeing pretty short of liquid money. Having even less, puts a serious strain on our budged.

To say this in academic therms. I'm basing opinions on stuff that has the quality of an academic article on "science direct", while you are just sitting there, reading tuttcap.

Continessa project :

On 11 June 2010 Juventus acquired a 50-year leasehold on the 270,860 m² Continassa area from the Turin city council for €1 million with the aim to redevelop over ten years with a series of projects and an investment of at least €60 million.
The project includes, among others, the construction of the future headquarters of the club - which will be built in the Continassa, the club has pledged to construct a Juventus Soccer School (the school football team Juventus) and will also build hotels.

From juventus website :

11.7 million to be immediatly funded by juventus themselves

11.7 million to come out of loans

Don't know if you're serious or just sarcastic but it wasn't that. If had that money we would have spent it.

:lol2: You're such a joke. You still think everything you say is 100% fact... you still have much, much to learn and certainly not on an academic level.

By the way, if you're so smart then why don't you write some articles yourself... oh wait..

No, you're right, 22m is definitely our budget cap for one player 100% undisputed fact and it is just not in the realm of possibility that we could ever even think about going higher.

We had like 13 ? 17 mil net at the end of the campaign

11.7 goes into the continessa project

then there is peluso and asamoah deals.

The moment you agree with cronios, is the moment you know you have gone so far beyond retarded, that there is no hope.
Well, a lot of people agree that we need a CF no matter what this upcoing season. That makes me retarded too?.

Seriously.... just in the case that your mathematical calculations are precise... and we are indeed tight in budget...why on earth we are on the mercato anyways?. Its better to call it a day right now...and do not spend our budget in "opportunity" transfers then.

But be prepared...we will not get much forward of what we did last CL without a prolific striker.

Ill just say that, we are in our momentum. We need to make this opportunity of ours worth. If we stall this purchase season after season...we will not know when we will return to the not so good days. So better to capitalize now. This is a unique opportunity for us.
