No bitching. its called an informed opinion. Before Vucinic..we had DP, Toni, Amauri, Iaquinta, Matri, Quags...Quags is going to take a while, a few months perhaps, to remember how to play, to regain confidence and belief and sharpness, so count him out for now. Amauri nobody wants, because he has been awful in a juve shirt. Nobody rates toni now, with good reason. Vincenzo's body is fucked, and has been for a long time. as i mentioned before......but our ONLY fit, healthy, reliable striker was Matri. so, yes to me, if my hope is to qualify for the champions league, then we HAD to improve the front line. With Mirko, we now have 2 decent, healthy, fit strikers who can hopefully take the front two striker roles.
DP, toni, amauri, iaquinta, slowly returning from a long injury lay off quags, and matri...is nowhere near enough to get 3rd place, let alone a europa position. Ideally, we will get rid of amauri and iaquinta, and quags wont take too long to recover his mind and body.
it was imperative to get a RB, also a LB, also at least one ST. As for conte's system, it was/is imperative to have pacey energetic wingers. It is also imperative for Conte's system to work, that we have defenders who can play the ball, which is why I want bonucci to stay...and would prefer ziegler to de ceglie.

You really can't be serious. We are desperately in need of CBs and you want to sign a striker?!
We have four good strikers in DP, Vucinic, Matri and Quagliarella. While I agree that we could use a world class talent up front we certainly aren't going to be signing anyone of that caliber in the next 48 hours so why waste money on someone who will without doubt not be an improvement over the quality of players we have in that situation?

my words were defending and supporting the purchase of Vucinic, not suggesting we need another striker. So, kyle, no, you are mistaken, i don't want us to sign another striker.
we had problems everywhere but where Melo and Storari were, last season. Hardly scored any wonderful goals, couldnt keep possession, very little intelligent movement of the whole offensive unit...yes, that is partly due to having only one fit and healthy offensive player in Matri, for the latter part of the season. quags was dead, dp tired and old, krasic knackered.
and yes...i do consider my opinion well informed. i have been watching football for 200 years, playing it for 100 of those, and have spent most of my life in a country where football is by far the most popular topic of discussion between men. i am an expert on every league in the world, and also rather useful on a badminton court...of course my opinions differ to those of others, but on here, mainly the same kunts who respond to any post i make with the kind of humour and amoeba intellect which suggests their bloodlines should be culled (completely), simply dont have opinions of their own. and they are clearly not well informed...
thankfully, there remains, for now, some decent posters around here. and i guess secretly, its fair to say that i love you guys, and would adore fuking your mothers, sisters and hanging out with you so we can all call each other niggah, and then laugh as we 'pown' people on an internet forum, then do high fives and suck each other off??? yeh, bro...classic. Well, i am now off to shoot up some brown, before smoking some kief, then off to the playground to sell some K to the cool kids of death...or perhaps beat a few up for kicks. care to join me????
