This whole obsession with Italian players is a horrible plan really. I mean at the time when other clubs (in serie A) are going after talents regardless of nationality we're the only team that insist on having Italian players no matter how average or shit they are.

Anyways like someone here said, we better get used to this new mediocre Juve for probably the next 2-4 years. The real problem is, Others in serie A are improving their teams every season and If Roma are indeed gonna be sold to some american investor we're pretty much fucked.

Why are we fucked if Roma gets sold? They already are a better team than us, a much better team actually.

Most of them linked with us, and our cheapass director didn't stick with his plan "signing good low cost players".
If you believe every media link story you'll go mad. Besides, most of those are average.

Its true, but the fact that Italians will have only 3 teams to play Champions league football for the coming years would mean both Milan clubs and a much richer Roma will dominate these 3 spots for many years to come and we will struggle so much not just on the field but even financially.

Honestly i don't like to sound pessimistic but the future (atleast the near one) doesn't look too bright for us.

Everyone should take fair share of the blame. With the players we do have had they been at cesena you'd see them performing well and challenging for 4th spot. Not saying its the quality but its the balls, which the players are not sweating it out enough, and the man in charge of that initially is del neri and most especially his coaching staff. They spend hours and days in training, what exactly do they learn? just passing the ball to each side by side looking for krasic? They need to improvise and that wont happen.

Not totally fucked.. there are plenty of teams who spend big and miss the CL. Juve are not a poor club by anymeans but losing a CL spot will make it hard on us. We can all see that the team needs 3 or 4 top level players for the starting 11 .. I am sure the club does as well. It is hard to not notice the weakness in the fullback positions or the fact our expensive strikers never score. If we can get rid of Amauri and replace him with a top CF and sign 2 fullbacks as well as sign Quag and Aquilani I think we will be in very good shape to compete.

like if we got Benzema, Tremoulinas and Beck .. and signed Quag and Aquilani to deals while bringing back Giovinco. I think we would have a very strong starting 11.
We can sell Amauri, Iaquinta and Sissoko.. then not take up the options on Motta and Pepe :)
