You guys have to realize he isn't working with a Man City budget, he's got limited funds. On top of creating a competitive squad he has the task of cleaning up Secco's sloppy potato work.
I think he's doing ok right now. Not many clubs are willing to part with quality players on free loans at this point of the season.
Me personally, I'm going to give him to the end of the coming summer mercato before I really pass judgment. Cleaning up 4 years of Secco isn't as easy as it's sometimes made out to be on this board.
