The SD-job is not as easy as it seems. It's not only about signing quality players.

As much as I love Pavel, I doubt he has the experience of running a club, from primavera players to the first team. I am not saying that Marotta is the best in the job, but expecting Pavel to take over with immediate affect is a bit naive.

Let him stay in the management for couple of years, then we can talk.
