because good directors and players are waiting to join us, we had to begin from the scratch. we are in a good direction im happy. there is no room complaint. everything will get better with time.

We'll see if we're in a good direction at the end of the season. No CL no good transfers but with Marotta managing, even CL qualification doesn't guarantee that.

It doesn't bother me adding players like Pizarro/Borriello, even Behrami scared, but it does bother me adding such average players (Not Piz) when we still have a shit ton of dead weight we need to get rid of.

If we make CL nervous we will have a lot of money to spend to reinforce a pretty decent starting 11, if we managed to get rid of IQ, Amauri, Toni, Grosso, Motta and Krasic now and whatever left in the summer, we should have a pretty damn solid wage structure in place to be able to attract top quality players have have a bench of Quag, Boriello(?), Elia, Appelt, Pizarro(?), Bonucci, DC, Giach, perhaps even Matri, Pepe, Sorensen(?), Marrone(?).

Add to the team perhaps Kolarov for LB, a top class striker like Benz/Higuain/Damiao/, and SS like Giovinco/Jovetic, and CM for depth like Nainggolan & Pizarro for free.

We have the foundations in place from the summer. Biggest concern now is cutting our shit players, trim the budget now and get the payroll ready for top talent. Aside from that, our objective is obviously top 3...that doesn't happen we are fucked.

Is it so easy to find a topclass LB in January or something? Our defense is solid right now for the league, wouldn't your rather wait till summer to find the "right" LB instead of rushing into a "quick fix" this winter?
