The guy was refusing clubs like Marseille and Galatasaray, the only thing the club could have done was send him to the reserves and tell him clearly that he's not wanted at all. It was the contract he was given that caused a problem in the first place.

1 - No I didn't want Bonucci being sold, was lukewarm on Pepe...point is, even on that he failed. Also, you did not comment on the part where he failed to sign a CB.

2 - This is the second time he has tried to sign Borriello, lets not pretend that its all media bullshit.

This is all stemming from the Borriello rumours. I don't want Marotta gone, I think he's a pretty good GM and I'd like to see what he can do for us if we make the CL, but these types of signings are just un-needed and annoying. Sacking him if we finish between 1st-3rd makes zero sense.

Marotta is a quantity more than a quality kinda guy. He's obsessed with Mediocrity, Marinara Sauce, Loan Deals, Cheap Alternatives, and Serie A Experience. He wouldn't recognize quality if it hit him in the eye, and has to rely on Conte and Nedved to whoop his ass so he can get them some semblance of quality and steer clear of the pile of shit he's obsessed with, but if we finish in the top 3, there's absolutely no grounds for his dismissal or non renewal of his contract.
