People making a really big drama over 37m for Matri/Quag/Pepe/Motta. Sure, we overpayed for most of the players and 2 of them shouldn't have been bought in the first place, but it's not like we will pay 37m straight away for the transfer. At most, we will pay 13m this year.

Is this why we had to overpay for three of them?

So when we're still paying installments three years from now, when it's possible none of these guys will play an active role for us, will you be happy?

Guys paying in installments doesn't mean that we are paying less, it just means that our budget will be less in three coming years for signing players like pepe and motta, and the worst is they will be getting their paychecks, like grosso and some other guys do, we won't be able to offload them or anything. I hope Pepe proves me wrong but Motta there is no way he can improve or do any good to us. God forbid Lich getting any injury and we have to play motta half season.

p.s. If he really needed motta, then he could have just extended his loan, same goes for Pepe.

There must be a buyer for Motta already? Judging by the players own words yesterday I think he'll be used as 'leverage' in some other deal

he did well in Roma, if I remember correctly ... maybe as a make-weight in a deal with Vucinic or Lichtsteiner? ... Lazio may be looking for a RB, if that Konko deal doesn't work out

If we pay first installment this year, that leaves 2 more year to pay the next 2 installments. Anyway, to answer your question, I'll be happy to see Motta and Pepe paying elsewhere. My whole point was that people should stop making "OMG 37m for mediocre players that means no more transfers for us this summer" kind of drama.

It's seems Elkann gave the money to him, its total 120 million loan to Juve, 70 ml is in cash and handed to Marotta so he can work with it immediately. This 120 million is for 5 years and if I got it right, Juve should pay him back after that.
