 I believe you. There are a lot of cool people on here, you included of course. I enjoy Andy's rants, Hustini's optimism, Red's maturity, Alen's fact finding prowess, Mark's guru abilities, Azzuri's undying love for Del Piero, and Osman's objectivity.

I am sorry if I have missed anyone out :p

the truth? DP is a player of class? DP wouldnt make the bench of any top team, buffon has yet to show anything this year. Sneijder? the same sneijder who had same numbers as diego in serie A last year? A lot of the juve players have been busting their chops all year and at a juncture where we need all the support we can get he comes out with this shit(mind you it's not the first time, he was talking as lotta shit during claciopoli as well) I got no respect for him.
You didn't read what I posted properly. I clearly said "in their case was", DP has one more season in his career left and is mostly out of his symbol status and Buffon is right now not better than Storari, which says everything. Anyway, whatever, you don't like Sneijder as world class even if last year he was arguably the best player in the world. I still don't know what you want to accomplish by hiding the obvious, we don't have talent or world class players and the Boniek tool has a right to his opinion just as anyone else, and he's right.

Do you want people to rally around a 7th place team with a coach that is clueless and a sports director who built a flimsy team this year? It's obviously not going to happen, people are angry and a 6th or even 5th place finish would still be a damn failure.

Hug me, Kyle.

I have a questions for you guys...

Since apparently we are signing young players, do you think the club is already gearing up a new coach that puts faith in playing younger players? Del Neri obviously is not one of them and not many italian coaches are so that leads me to believe maybe DD or VB?

What do you guys think? Our recent transfers of the young brazilians sorta goes against that of the past, or at least feels like it?

It seems it will be Juve's policy to sign youth players and take some gamble. That only says how Marotta is here for a long term but IMO it has nothing to do with Del Neri or any other coach that we could have at disposal.

We're just having a new 'system'.

I'm just not sure what to make of it in all honesty. The thought came across my mind when I woke up today. Not many Italian coaches in the top teams are willing to take a gamble on youth players...I don't see DN taking any chances unless he absolutely has to like he does with Sorensen. Even with the great performances form the Dane has not swayed DN to start the Dane over Motta.

I can't put my finger on it but it seems like the winds of change are coming.

I don't think our policy has changed from the start of the season, it's exactly the same, bring youth players in 16-18 to develop over some years, and first team players 22-27. Generally, of course. The problem has been that a couple of the first team players haven't been good enough, without touching on coaching issues and other issues.

I guess I'm jumping the gun...it seems strange that in April they make two of these kinds of signings out of no where.

Well there has been a lot of assumption that we don't scout, or something along those lines, even though the club has said all along that there are scouts in South America and contacts everywhere. For players this age we really are limited to buying those with EU passports, so Gabriel in particular falls into a pretty small category, a 17 year old of that talent who is playing first team in Brazil and has an EU passport.
