pitch conditions, weather, injuries irrelevant, etc... there is something missing, that extra bite in midfield and someone actually linking the mid with the attack. Against a better team we would have been exposed defensively and very disjointed going forward

Top AM, a top hardworking CM and extra bonus with dynamic top fullback, to be real contenders IMO. Cant be so with a team that will have Sturaro and Pereyra starting, and overworked fullbacks who arent good offensively and will be overworked.
