“There is absolutely optimism, as we consider Conte a great Coach and are very proud to have him with us. We’ll do all we can to keep him.
“Having said that, there are some issues that need to be confronted and based on those discussions we’ll see what happens.”
"Sanchez is a great player who every top club would like, so clearly Juventus would also love to have him, but we must take into account he is also a very expensive player."

This was from GDM's site :

Marotta then discussed how Juve can improve in Champions League: “To compete in Europe we’d like to add a few pieces in next transfer window, then we hope to be lucky in the draw. What are we looking for? Versatility, someone who can play on both 3 and 4 man defense. We’ll wait to talk to the coach to make a specific analysis.Sanchez? We are often linked to players. He is very good, anyone would want to have him. Even Juve would like to have a talent like him. But he has a cost and the player’s will is important as well as those involved in the transfer”

Di Marzio(by far the most reliable source) dint mention anything about us agreeing personal terms with him.He only said Sanchez is open to a move here.

If anything, these comments from Marotta suggests we havent contacted the player or the club at all.yet..(Or may even not,who knows)

I guess Di Marzio must've learnt from his agent that he would be ready to say yes to Juve if we came calling.Thats probably the only piece of info you can gather.

This is how i am interpreting it.

Juventus CEO Beppe Marotta has admitted that the Serie A side would love to sign Barcelona attacker Alexis Sanchez.

The Chilean forward meets a very specific criteria that the Bianconeri are looking for as they aim to strengthen their squad to become a major force in Europe.

“We're looking for a versatile player who can operate in several positions,” Marotta told Sky Sport.

“We are looking for a quick wide attacker. We would like to have a player like Sanchez but there aren't many players like him at the moment.

“And we shouldn't forget that Barcelona made a big investment to get him. But I repeat, he's a player we would like to have.”

On the subject of transfers, it is unknown whether Antonio Conte will remain with the Serie A champions, but Marotta could only speak highly of the Italian trainer.

“I have always said that the relationship with Conte is a wonderful one. We consider him a great coach and hope to continue with him.

“However, there are issues that need to be addressed before any announcements are made in the coming weeks.”

Pretty different translation(or maybe an elaborate one) compared to other sources.

MArotta declared that we are interested on Sanchez because he is a wide attacker, hmm
Could this mean that we are really interested on 4-3-3 ?
The interest on Evra and Sanchez, shows that way...
But if we use a trident, we will need a target man to be Llorente's sub, hopefully that would be Immobile and not Osvaldo...
