So anyone has figures of the players we sold and bought? (including contracts of the players that expired and salaries from the sales and players we bought ). We had 65 million revenues from CHL, and seems that we spent almost nothing from that, it's sad that went to City.

Marotta's very best since he joined us:
-The classy forward he could never get arrived
-A dedicated finisher/target man as well!
-The much needed 4th quality CB
-A couple of great/decent sales for the very first time! (Giacche/Matri)

All our primary objectives are met, the only thing that remains to settle is the decade long quest for that starter LB/LWB and he will become my avatar!!
(unless he pulls a 15mil Naiggolan or smth)

So.........................

Marotta sucks again. Is that what I'm being led to believe?
No.

Marotta is still the best SD in Italy, and has done tremendous work this mercato. Just because a stubborn Cagliari president ruined the icing on the cake doesn't mean that his previous achievements mean nothing.

To all haters: If you had known nothing of the Nainggolian deal and thus not made yourself any hopes of signing him, would you still think of Beppe as you do now?
