As expected, Marotta, the terrible seller, was once again owned and made us lose money, instead of making, by loaning such a useful and valuable player, any mid/low table team would crave for...

At any case, welcome Giovinco, he was treated unfairly and chances are that he will be used as a bargain chip for an equivalent sum (Cavani), or,
even if he stays, the money we lost to get him back, will be sparred from the money we wont invest on a new SS (Destro)

So Marottas stupidity to loan him with the right to sale would be lost one way or the other and wont affect much this year's budget.

I get the feeling Marotta is just buying everyone away from Inter, Ac and Napoli so we dominate the league because did they really wanted Giovinco back?? or were they scared that he would become a big player at Inter or Napoli?

Anoter thing: Yes Sebastian is from our youth but didn't he hate the club after he has been threated unfairly?? ..Didn't he enjoy scoring against us??:sergio:

You may see it as stupid, financially. BUT, with deals like this, it help smaller clubs on the pitch, and financially. They give Giovinco the platform to perform, they gave him his opportunity, so it is only right they get some financial benefit for this.

IMO, other countries should be adopting this system.

Example, Daniel Sturridge. Went to Bolton on loan scored 10 goals, gained International call up....then just went back to Chelsea, Bolton soon get relegated !
