A keeper you hope he might become in the future you mean.

He's not at all a €10m player yet.

But why discuss italian players with you in the first place.
He's the national team goalie for a team that can easily win the euros so I'm sorry if I don't agree with you. He will only get better with a better squad and more experience

donnarumma is a very good keeper, i'd welcome him if he had a different agent and more realistic wage demands.

now, let's suppose we sign him on a bosman, 4-year contract, 10m net, 20m to fatty, no commission to dollar-daddy. that's 22.5m total cost per year, and in 2 years, fatty will 100% knock on agnelli's door for a raise.

for comparison: spend 60m on any goalkeeper from outside italy, give him a 5-year contract, offer him 5m net, and that's ~20m total cost per year. now, can you find any goalkeeper you'd spend 60m on? oblak is the only one for me, but he earns too much already. others wouldn't be worth the effort.

an other point to put that ~22-23m yearly cost into context: we have an immense wage bill, yet we only have two players with a higher yearly cost: ronaldo (~83m) and de ligt (~26m). arthur costs around 22m per season too, and dougie c is not much less (~21.4m) when he is actually in our squad. chiesa is around 20-21m too. can donnarumma be as decisive as chiesa?

what's donnarumma's best offer? 8m from milan, right? and guaranteed zero tituli for the next couple of years. let him accept that. or if he wants to be the protagonist for juve's new cycle, then accept a 5-year contract on regular juve wages (which is 5m max, according to the new policy).

10m my ass, especially not post-covid.

Dollarumma is a 7.5 keeper, with the potential to be a 9. Will he ever realize that potential? Maybe. One thing is certain, however. He will never ever be as good as Gigi.
