Realistically you are looking at Epl as the only option. Spurs is unlikely as he has been vocal about them as an ex-Arsenal player, Chelsea maybe need a keeper, Man Utd too but not sure Tek is high profile enough for them and his reputation is not as good as it should be because of his spell at Arsenal. Liverpool, Arsenal, Man City are all sorted.

After that you are looking at teams like Everton and West Ham. Would he go there?

Can't see them changing Handanovic this summer. Plus I wouldn't want to sell him there.

I agree that it's EPL probably and it probably is not a TOP6 team, I don't think ManU or Chelsea would want to change their current options for Tek.

The only reasonable option from Szczesny's POV but I don't see them offering the wage he earns here. In the end somebody will buy him for a bargain because Tici is desperate for Donnarumma. The fact that we have to sell Szczesny in order to get Donnarumma puts us in a weak position in terms of negotiating his sale. Maybe then, some teams will be able to afford his wage. We're getting lowballed either way.
