Gianluigi Buffon explained how Ciro Ferrara prepared Juventus for this match and discussed his violent reaction to Thiago Motta.
“The week was very relaxed and the Coach did very well to keep us calm and give us more confidence, which is what we absolutely needed,” said the goalkeeper.

“It was a throw-in, hardly a massive deal. If it had been a goal I would’ve thought a bit more carefully!”
