i just turned over to ITV and i saw that buffon was doing an interview for Champions league weekly!! i missed half of it but the jist of it was:

- he chose to stay because he felt he owed it to the club that put so much faith in him
- he had many offers but the relegation offered him a better perspective, because sometimes when you are at the top you dont realise what you have.
- he cant wait for himself and juventus to get back in to the champs league.
- italians are the best goalkeepers and he wants to prove that when he gets back to europe!

i know hes said all this before but you very rarely hear it on british tv, i was so touched by the interview and i thought it was only right for me to share it with the other loyal juventus lovers!

Yeah it was a good interview, didn't really make any suggestions either way in terms of next season.

Amazing how much more intelligent foreign footballers ar than british ones, next to hear football interviews not entirely made up of cliches.

yeah, it says they made an "OFFICIAL" offer to Juve.

It also says Juve will give them an answer later this spring.


If I was Juve's GM I wouldn't wait this long to answer...Here's my OFFICIAL answer: "Ma va******!!!"

anyway, the guy who reported the rumor is Xavier Iacobelli and this guy is known to throw rumors in the air for nothing.

That's a good offer, seriously. But imagine Inter with Buffon. MorRATti really wants to create an new "Grande Inter". He means business. I hope he screws up again. But I'm not that sure. Even without Juve and the real Milan Inter had an outstanding season.
