I have heard the same, though I don't know when he would have had this done. There was a picture of him in the pool at his wedding reception, and it's not his left arm (unless it's been done since), and he never has one in older pictures I've seen of him at the beach, etc.

I would think it would be more widely reported if it were readily visible in those kinds of situations.

Every time I go on holiday - especially in France and Italy - men in Speedos seems to appear everywhere.

Not sure what it is about, but there are some things he does before every match. Pumps players in the locker room, jumps before kick off etc...
