Yes, but it should never be a 'goal' by muntari He was in an offside position and seeking to gain an advantage (a second milan player was also offside) when mexes fired the ball at Gigi. the Asst ref should have given offside, but didn't; - yet he signalled for offside on Matri, when he wasn't and his goal was disallowed.
