I think Gigi needs to tell the board to buy some decent defenders to protect him as well. I mean, I am sure he is frustrated playing with this current crop of crap. They make Boumsong look like a champ! I would also be in tears if I had to put up with these calamitous defensive displays and clowns for team mates week in week out. The man has reached his limit, his threshold of pain and tolerance. He can't accept this crap anymore, and it shows. He has never played with a defensive unit as bad as this in his entire career!!!

Buffon is frustrated with the quality of those 4 infront of him. Earlier, he was able to contain his frustration as long as we were fairing somewhat well, but lately he has let it zip out. I say it's good. An impact player and authority like Buffon letting the board know what he thinks should have an affect.

Buffon fury fuels Juve tension

Sunday 3 May, 2009

Claudio Ranieri is hanging by a thread with reports of an emergency club meeting and Gigi Buffon storming out.

Juventus fans made their feelings heard after the embarrassing 2-2 home draw to Lecce, which left the team four points adrift of Milan.

It is claimed the squad was kept in the locker room for half an hour after the game in a crisis meeting with President Giovanni Cobolli Gigli, general manager Jean-Claude Blanc and director of sport Alessio Secco.

There was further controversy when Buffon walked out during the half-time break, at which point Juve were trailing 1-0.

The goalkeeper spent only three minutes in the locker room and waited for the rest of the break in and around the pitch, where he was seen pacing and muttering angrily to himself.

“Buffon was angry and he was right to be,” explained teammate Vincenzo Iaquinta.

“We should all be angry, because it is not possible to throw away a season like this. We have to understand the causes and not lose our cool.

“The fans have every right to protest, but this climate is certainly not ideal to get the best out of us.

“We still have a chance of reaching our objectives, although we can make no more mistakes.”

Ranieri admitted his future depended on “whether the club continues to have faith in its Coach.”

He could get the answer sooner rather than later, as it is reported an emergency Board of Directors meeting has been arranged for the next few days.

i just hope he wont leave because of stupid board and ranieri. it hurts to see buffon in so much pain and it hurt even more to see the champions who accepted to play in Serie B and hoped to have the best team again but ending up playing with losers in their last seasons. what a stupid management this board have.

poor buffon, he's so angry at the moment. I think he'll be on his way out in the summer, i cant see him putting up with this shit for another year, and I wouldn't blame him if he did chose to leave.

The fact that he walked out of the dressing room and wandered round the pitch muttering to himself is a little worring

oh god yes send ranieri to his home now!!!

BTW he has all the rights to leave after that (buffon)...... we cannot ask more for him,.... he has saved our asses so many times this season...

is embarrasing really...we did not deserve a keeper like him anymore....

did u remember the old days when we were worried that we didnt had a clean sheet in 3 games or things like that?

now we concede goals for fun.

We are a depressed bunch of losers really... not the players fault entirely tho.

Sounds like he's gone if Ranieri isn't sacked. And it might even be too late for that.

That would be really sad to see Gigi go, but if he were to have a chance to tend goal for someone like Manchester United, how could he pass that up considering the current situation?
