I don't think I'd make it competition between Pazzini and David. More like competition betweeen Pazzini and Amauri/Iaquinta and I prefer him to both. We just rotate Trez and Pazzini around.

I did say 'that' talent, his being enough to score 19 times last season, which is more than what Amauri scored when he also had his one strong season before we signed him for €22.8m, for example.

I have my reservations. When Amauri had the phenomenal season with Palermo and we signed him for over 20 million I thought great. However with watching Amauri at Juventus especially this season it has not worked out for him and he's alot more gifted than what Pazzini is. Pazzini is an ok player but I would not pay anything more than 10 million for him.
