Aguero's minimum fee release clause is 60million euros I think, so it wouldn't be that surprising if Atletico pushed for that before accepting anythin.

Benzema cost Madrid 35million, although I don't think it's likely they'll sell, they're not exactly the type of team who needs to minimise their losses, so he could go for a good bit cheaper than that if he's not needed.
