I used to skate a bit but some of the guys i know who were hardcore are having problems with their knees now, even from their mid-twenties.

I just got back home. My knee is improving, but for sure it’s swelled up. The worst part of it is the trainings the doctor asked me to do, to recover my lost muscles. Really painful.

How did you get injured in the first place?

Football.

I had it since 2006, but it wasn’t that serious. It started out of nowhere; I was dribbling and I fell down after a sudden twist in my knee. I didn’t take care of it; playing football and kickboxing madly, till it told me to fuck off. 3 weeks ago I suffered a twist, that was when the ACL and the Meniscus were torn completely.
