He sometimes comes off as a little two-faced, but overall I think he is likeable. He has a peaceful philosopher type, nothing like drama-queen Mourinho, street-gangster Simeone, dictator-wannabe van Gaal, or others. Your manager does seem like a proper gentleman, wouldn't know for sure though.

So I watched Bayern in Bundesliga for the first time so see if they do crazy pressing to every team. Turned out that Bayern was not that aggressive compared to what they did to us in CL. Of course the situation is different but Mainz played like they had home advantage. So calm. We gave them way too much respect in the first half and Bayern tried to hide their CB problem.
