I agree about Brzenska, but he sometimes reminds me of Boumsong with his mistakes and clumsyness.Wörns is ok in most matches but slowly he gets old and you can see that.I better won't start talking about Kovac...
But i think that right now we need him.We made a mistake when we released him...:disagree:

Yes the board made a mistake but not in releasing Kovac, but in not buying another quality CB.Kovac is past his prime. When he was here in Turin he was an old but still quite solid CB and now,a few months later at Dortmund he is just old and always too late:tdown:.He simply sucks. Right now I prefer the likes of Legrottaglie,Boumsong and even Zebina as a CB over a "burned out" Kovac.

He came to Werder last winter from FC Twente Enschede, where he was player of the season 2005/2006. He only had five appearances in the Bundesliga for Werder and scored his first goal today in the game vs. Bielefeld. He did not look so good in his matches for Werder so far and was not nominated for Werder's CL-squad. Due to the high number of injuries he got the opportunity to play in the game vs Wolfsburg, where he helped to strengthen the defence in the 2nd half and so got his place in the starting 11 vs Bielefeld.
    thanks for that

hes a big fellow isnt he!

I think Brzenska is quite good, but Kovac and Woerns aren't anymore.

I remember when Brzenska was as promising as you can get in Germany and he was one for the future. But because Dortmund needed him to step up right away he couldn't imo. So a lot of pressure was put on him, because Metzelder and Woerns were usually injured and he just cracked.

Hes not that bad anymore but imo not that reliable.

cause they hate inter too much
No, cause we can do it, we really can. If we get a few wins in a row from now on, there's no stopping Juve.

    And comon Inter? pfft

PS but it's their centenary season, so don't be surprised with some help from refs :groan:

No, I don't like Inter but I don't hate them. I support only ONE team and that is Juventus. I don't believe in conspiracies either.

Just like Inter in Serie A but some Juve fans here don't are admit it.
well its a bit of the same in serie A but in the bundesliga this season especially its different. Bayern had a shock last season and brought in quality player after the other like they were going for the treble.

When in Serie A you get teams like Milan, Roma even Juventus buy world class talent .Bundesliga teams couldn't keep up even remotely in the summer.

But as Alttagsheld said they will run out of petrol at some time and this is when its up to the other teams to take advantage.

I have watched a few games of Bundesliga this season and for the first time, it seems to me that the quality is slightly higher than serieA.

If a team that plays so poorly like Juventus have this season can be second even this early then there is something wrong. I saw Milan against Catania and the quality was really poor.

Stuttgart vs Schalke was really exciting and Bayern are good to watch.

The only decent game I have seen in serieA this season is Roma vs Juventus, the rest have been quite average
