I started watching Downton Abbey. Not the most complex plot, nor is the setting anything great. It also doesn't help that I can't understand wtf they are saying most of the time. But as a period piece it's not too bad.

No one is old for knowing West Wing, within last decade. And it was an amazingly well written series, not for everyone (I didn't see all seasons), but quality production no longer the less

I watched the entire first season. Haven't bother to watch it this season, heard shit finally cast a black person. Very pretentious writing. Dunham seems to have the show headed in a modern feminist direction/coming of age story one episode only for it to be extremely self deprecating toward women the next.
It's very mid-twenties rich white girl. Which I suppose is it's purpose.
