I watched the entire first season. Haven't bother to watch it this season, heard shit finally cast a black person. Very pretentious writing. Dunham seems to have the show headed in a modern feminist direction/coming of age story one episode only for it to be extremely self deprecating toward women the next.

It's very mid-twenties rich white girl. Which I suppose is it's purpose.

Yeah, I'm finding it difficult to watch. Too many kinds of people I have no time for, plus the pretentious writing. Realistic for those kinds of people, though. Write what you know...

Btw, I'd say watch season 3 of Misfits. The guy that replaces Nathan, is believe it or not, pretty damn good/funny.

I wouldn't touch the American one with a ten foot pole. I hate remakes.

I watched the UK one up until the second last season then it just got lame but damn they had a good run and the show was damn addictive
