Have people figured out the no bite marks thing?
I had completely forgotten about that guy in the CDC before reading this.

IGN Comics: First and foremost: great episode! This is the first time that we've seen hard evidence of the dead coming back to life without being bitten, which is something established in the comics. In Season 1, we saw Jenner studying the disease extensively. So is this something that he might have missed, is withholding, or is it a completely new development in the zombie plague?

Robert Kirkman: I've stated many times that what Jenner whispered [to Rick] is something that we'll be revealing this season. You'll know what he said by the end of this season. We've just watched the next-to-last episode of this season, and we still haven't seen that reveal, but I will say that this scene – where Shane gets stabbed and comes back as a zombie without having been bitten – is definitely something that is going to inform that reveal coming up in the next episode.

Well the theory is that the disease became airborne and that everyone is infected, only the living are carriers. When they die, they re-animate as zombies as the disease is no longer suppressed. So the title "The Walking Dead" is in reference to the humans and not the actual zombies.

Dude... why isn't there a Walking Dead thread with a spoiler alert in the title so tjhat we don't have to use the spoilers in this one? If any show deserves a thread its this one.... and Game of Thrones. :)

Watching latest episode of The River which I recorded earlier today. Looks like this one will have zombies in it...

I started The Wire last week. Season 1 was absolutely great. Now I'm on Episode 3 from Season 2.

Out of the 5 seasons, which one did you people find best?

How the fuck could you get beyond episode 2 in season 1, I started it and watched the first episode and turned it off in the second. Everyone is saying it starts slow but I am yet to have the energy to get beyond the slow part.

I wanted to know if all the hype it received was deserved or not. It starts slow, but it's worth the patience.

By extreme margin the best tv series I seen. Give it another go when you have the energy.

Saw it long time ago, can't remember which season I liked best but I really hated season 2 :D
Season 2 is prolly best one, that or 4th, 1 and 3 comes next, and 5 is weakest.
