As a country-lover and someone who knows farmers and has done a bit of farm work before, I was a bit sceptical, but even though Clarkson is a prat the show is funny and has some great takes on how difficult and important the business is.
Apparently there have been a lot of complaints from residents due to traffic since the show aired. The Cotswolds is one of the best parts of the country but they like it as it is and are a bit cliquey. I'll give it a few months and have a look in the shop next time I'm down that way.

I get the gist of what he is saying 90% of the time though. That is a proper Gloucestershire farmer dialect, pretty much dying out.
