Hi
2 questions:
1. Does anyone here know about something called Kodi? If you heard about it - I would like to know if you must have a streamer to install it on or can I just install it on a pc (in terms of pc use) as for TV use I have seen a video people using it with kinnect! Is it linked to their XBOX/Wee or it can be functioned as a console itself with the right remote?
2. Fargo season 2 - I have seen the movie Fargo and didnt like it too much... I have seen season 1 of Fargo and thought its a genius TV show! I know the season 2 is based on the movie - so... For the ones who have seen the movie and started watching season 2 - Is it better than the movie or is it practically the same?

Thanks
Season 2 has nothing to do with the movie. It's great

I been waiting for it since seeing trailer months ago, thanks for the heads up. Pulp B movie type of cool action for a tv series is new territory, hope it works out. AMC projects tend to be good.

My problem with Review is my problem with The League at times. You have to buy into the main premise of the show as funny. For The League, I find the fantasy football league angle stupid and unfunny, but the rest of the comedy often salvages the show. For Review, I don't buy into the premise that a guy who goes around like a professional Yelper is funny. South Park did it in a half-hour and that was more than enough before it was time to move on to other gags.

Anyone watched Master of none? I need a the solitary comedy fix for the season when silicon valley is between seasons and Modern Family watching is starting to feel like a chore.

True. But it does have it's genuine funny moments. Enough for me to watch through it when most of the other shows are in sabbatical.

I watched the first episode. It has potential. I like Aziz, even though I'm not a big fan of his stand up routines.
Silicon Valley should be longer. That and Loiue are the only ones I'm genuinely excited about when it comes to comedy these days.

I never tried Louie, which is odd considering I consider him the most intriguing stand up act currently.
Louie is not what you think it is. I love it. But it's not a comedy by any classical sense of the imagination. Some segments are short art films, some segments are acts from a play. A lot of it is pretty random. Its unpredictability is what I quite like about it -- that and he gets his more serious material right as well.

I think CK is an impressive artist, but from the little I've seen of Louie it didn't appeal to me.

:agree: I think it nicely compliments his stand-up work. It's not for everyone though.

I watched the first season of Spaced. It's hilarious. Too bad, like every other British series, it's only a couple of seasons and 14 episodes long. It's weird how British TV doesn't really milk it's shows while in the US a half good show would go for six seasons and a movie.
