@Salvo finally got some free time to play Kingdom Come Deliverance again. And man, what an engaging fantastic game! Have you finished it?

BETHESDA TEASING FALLOUT ANNOUNCEMENT

http://www.ign.com/articles/2018/05/29/bethesda-teasing-fallout-announcement

inb4 disappointment :p
Last Fallout was meh. I'm not really excited about anything Bethesda anymore. They're more worried about milking the Skyrim cow than coming up with something genuinely fresh and graphically up to today's standard. Old ass engine, so so story telling. Meh.

I had it since release. Took a break due to some game breaking but in first weeks and then forgot about it.

Gonna try it again some other time.

Same here. It was unplayable for a while but after the last patch all is well for the most part. So you should be good. I recommend starting a new game though, just in case.

Single player games should always be this engaging. Keep your at the edge of your seat about what’s gonna happen next. They did a tremendous job writing such a hot story line.

I'm kinda suspicious about that one. Got a feeling it'll get bad reviews.
Don't care. I'll get it anyway, had so much fun with Dontnod's Life Is Strange series.

Relatively small studio, so i won't be too harsh on them.

The release version can't be more buggy than Kingdom Come's though.

Wtf? I been loosely following it for a year (and its me, who dont care about about PC games), followed because its huge scope and potential and its to be determined never ending development time.

But for it to be actual scam? Hope its not true. This shit sounds insane.

200m dollars in crowdfunding

Rebought Fallout: New Vegas to play while I'm home from work with a sprained ankle. I forgot how much I absolutely love this game, and now I'll get to actually complete it, since the PS3 couldn't handle it.

Don't support the legion. It sounds fun and all but you get like 3 quests. Fucking weak.

Only bonus is you get to kill like 3/4s of the entire map and not alienate your faction :p

The whack things you can do it that game are pretty hilarious tho. I sold people into slavery, as food for cannibalism, and acquired a robot named "fisto" for a brothel. I even volunteered to test the robot out before bringing it in.

i also love how the whole faction recruiting angle allows you to pick and choose minor factions for your side and you can either help or sabotage them. I convinced some sensitive emo kid who was part of a hardcore biker gang to, instead of practice fighting, share his poetry with his homeboys. They beat him to death over it :p

Btw. Now that we are talking about depth perception, vision and eyes, i recently got myself a curved 27" Monitor, for both, gaming and photoshop work, and it's way less stressful for my eyes. @Kyle

Idk what to tell you man, i'm not an eye doctor :p

I can tell you that it took me a few hours to get used to it, but imo it adds to the immersion when playing a video game. The corners of the screen sorta bend around me and i definitely find myself sitting closer to the screen than i normally would, without losing field of view.

I feel like 27" is almost too small though, the effect will probably be better with a 32" monitor. The Reason i didn't buy one, was because i also use the monitor for Photoshop, and the pixel density would be too low imo. (you can just get a 4k one of course, then you won't have a problem)

Not much of a benefit editing pics imo, But it doesn't do any harm either and i needed a new monitor anyway. landscapes/widedcreen pics however look really nice on it and give you a little 3d feeling.

Why is it less stressful? Maybe because the curve follows my eyeballs' and it's more natural than looking at a flat screen? Something like that i guess, but don't nail me down on it.
