Did this with my mates last night. Was Glorious!

Last weekend I made burgers with my mate for the FA Cup final - The burgers were stuffed with Mozzerella, Sauteed onions and fresh chilis. The burger were then wrapped in a bacon lattice and topped with more mozzerella, onions and cheddar. Served with my homemade garlic & herb potato wedges

I picked up 2 killo of pig shoulder yesterday as it was half price. I'm not a big fan of pork so I don't know what to do with it - I was looking at slow roasting it for 6 hours in a bbq sauce with cider.

Anyone got any ideas what i can do with it?

Roast but use a recipe that gives it really good crackling. Roast pork sucks without that imo. I wonder if they sell pork crackling by itself. I would buy it and eat it as a snack.

Pork does not need to be cooked slowly and long.

Does it have a lot of fat?
