Last night I did a Thai style sea bream dish with sticky rice, turned out pretty good. Fried the fish whole after leaving it in lime and salt for about 20 mins, made the sauce out of chillis, lime, soya, peppers, few spices in there and a tiny amount of cream.

Chilli ftw

Made a cajun chicken and pasta dish this evening, pretty spicy, brought some sweat to the brow

So I am having a BBQ tomorrow, I usually have different stuff on the grill but tomorrow it will be all chicken.

I marinated chicken breast in yoghurt, sambal oelek, seasoning and oil. I cut the chicken into big dices and tomorrow they will go on the skewers.

My other chicken treat will be a whole chicken already marinated in rosemary, lime, seasoning and garlic. I also put inside some big chunks of onions.

The whole chicken will be grilled indirectly and the skewers will be exposed to direct fire. Reports and pictures will follow tomorrow.

If anyone wants a good simple, delicious recipe make this.

1 chopped onion, canned tomatos, 3 chopped garlic cloves, oregano and basil (to taste), tomato puree, salt & pepper & cream cheese (to taste).

Fry of the onion and garlic in a little olive oil, pour in the tomatoes, salt, 1 tbl spoon tomato puree, pepper and herbs + 1 cup of water. Reduce the heat and simmer for 30 mins, put in the cream cheese for a few mins and serve with chicken, steak or pasta.

Personal recipe, i won over my gf's mum with that recipe.

A teaspoon of sugar, dash of redwine or worcheshire sauce will add a different dimension of flavour/

I mastered pasta...

I know it looks boring but to me it is the best. I'm just a guy of simplicity :D

You gotta mix the sauce through the pasta then put a little more on top if you want. Other than that, Cool

Yeah I know, I just did that because I cooked a whole packet of pasta which my mum can use with dinner and I just made a small plain sugo for myself for lunch. There was a lot more sugo there than it looks too, the plate was still covered in sugo after I was done and I mixed it all through properly after the photo. Had to finish it off with a couple of slices of bread :D

I've made pasta heaps of times before but after this is the best I've ever made :p

:agree: My favourite food ever. If I had to choose a last meal it would be pasta with plain sugo and chicken cotoletti.
