Hopefully Secco is just feigning poverty.
I hope so but if not then our budget for this year is about 30m €. We already spent close to it with Diego and the rest in the possible D'Ago deal. It's still better than last year's budget but some would of expected more with the CL, TV...money and the prevision of guaranteed cash from the new stadium.

I think it is more likely that he wasn't willing to pay more, rather than not being able to pay more.

Anyway, it is more important to strengthen the defence than it is to sign D'Ago.

I thought the Cash we paid for Diego was the rest of the budget from the last year?

the most we can pay extra is another 2.5m €.

possible + we can get some cash by selling some player and get another 30m € but it seems we're the only club where the value of it's players is lower than everybody else's.

I thought the Cash we paid for Diego was the rest of the budget from the last year?
boh! If true then we have another 25-27m € + 30m € of sells. Do you believe that?

Id love to know who the other options are. It would give us something interesting to discuss. Have you any ideas who you think they might be? Im guessing that they are similar sort of players, someone who is a good passer of the ball.

edit: maybe secco just said that to scare Udinese
We are linked with Palombo and Kuzmanovic. I think they are just smoke screen to get D'ago.

Crap, if we really only have 30m€ for this mercato then we can kiss goodbye for LB-RB
I wouldn't be sure of it.

LB = Criscito?
RB= Maybe we sell Poulsen to Fener (6-8 millions) and also Trezeguet (8-10 millions). Then we'd have enough money to reinforce the fullback-position.

We don`t have Moggi anymore we have Secco now who is pretty predictable showing exactly who he wants
D`Agostino is the one he wants to sign and we are not seriously linked with the other two therefore Secco would try to get D`Agostino and would probably succeed in getting him after all we are dealing with Udinese and not a top team

actually having a limited budget really pays off sometimes, here in this summer we as Juve fans are being realistic having 30mil to spend in strengthing the team while keeping our books in balance. if i understnd Blanc correctly he is trying to increase our shares value maybe to attract more investments, seeing as in the las three years we seems to always finish the season in red. Blanc is not a football fan or areally sport guy. the managment team in general is a financial team. so even if there is a provision of new funds coming they restricted the budgt to 30mil so the gross profit will increase.

This is crap, just come out to the press say that we will not offer any of the players that Udinese want, and that we will think about other players that we are interest since Udinese is not willing to negociate, this will put pressure on Udinese cause D'Agostino wants Juve.

If the deal fall apart well, Im not concern, D'Agostino is a great player but not something that we desperate need.

Focus in the defence Secco.

It's beginning to look as though the D'Agostini deal is dead in the water.

If we have nearly exhausted the €30m spending kitty (which sounds appallingly low) on Diego, other new signings will have to come in via player exchanges or, dare I say it, free transfers.

It may add weight to the story that there is the possibility that Trezeguet and a small cash adjustment may lure Giuseppe Rossi to Italy. And that leaves little room for manouevre to strengthen the defence.

This transfer window isn't turning out as I had hoped.

I will be very sad if we miss out on D'agostino this summer but we can always try again in winter or next summer. I dont think he is a vital signing as we have plenty of mids and I think Zanetti or Poulsen can do an adequate job as the pivot midfielder .. or for even more offensive flare this is Camo.

If we can use the money we have left over and somehow get Rossi and a LB I would be more than pleased. But Rossi too is not a fundamental transfer... he would just be a great player to bring in for the future.

Bring back Criscito or get Maxwell+ a central midfielder who can defend and give assists+can dictate tempo (from what I understand D`Ago is exactly that player) and I would be happy
bring in G.Rossi instead of Trez and a new great RB and I would be extremely happy
