Has anyone noticed that Sadomin has become really funny ever since he got that avatar? As if it made him complete.

I guess he logs in, sees the avatar, which is practically straight out of some comedy show, and feels a certain obligation to be funny.
You and your theories. :disagree:

Coming from you, I am not quite sure what to make of this. I need to sleep on the matter.

Maybe no one will believe me but I have rated Dago highly since his Roma days... I thought he was showing flashes of potential and I never understood Roma's decision to quickly give up on him.
I never thought he was great at Roma. I was very impressed with his shooting and free kicks though. But he was not great as a winger or trequartista at Roma. Really has come on though at Udinese.

Don't overrate our youngsters. If they are good, they will be good and we can always bring them back. We are not selling De Ceglie permanently and tt's not like if Santon were in our team, we'd use him to get D'Agostino anyway.

Ideally, next season we should have a new LB with one of Molinaro or De Ceglie as backup. Molinaro has proved to be a decent backup and De Ceglie won't improve his defensiveness by sitting on the bench (Once your starting defensive line is confirmed, you don't change it every other day).
NO MORE LOANS OR CO-OWNERSHIPS.

:D

I kinda have to agree. I think his sense of humor has gone up a notch since then.

Fuck No, if it means even one of Gio, DC, Marchisio has to leave.
Ciro, don't let this happen, man :scared:
D'Agostino, a proven player starting for the NT now, for DC would be a steal. If I could trade you DC for D'Agostino, I'd do it in a heartbeat and rub it in your face every year thereafter -- mocking you for how I got a national team starter and you got an Ashton Kutcher lookalike with sentimental promise that may never amount to more than a bench player at Inter.

Stupid logic indeed. Who do you think would be NT's left back after Grosso is done? DC, if he's given at least one season of a proper chance to improve.

I can't bare another season with Molinaro.

Only time can tell, but I'm just attached to these 3 youngsters, since Serie B. Would love to see them win with us..

We're supposed to be building a team for the future here. We can't just go out and buy everybody all the time.

And it's not like DC is some run of the mill, average 22-year old. He's pretty good and can play two different positions, so can we fucking keep him and give him a chance please?

And I don't buy this whole D'Ago being a proven player talk, I have this funny feeling that he could be another Almiron case.

Fair enough. But I don't buy DC as being the golden boy to solve all our ills either. He's been inconsistent at best in ways that haven't even measured up with the likes of Marchisio or Giovinco.

I'm for keeping our youngsters. But if someone puts out a good deal for us with a position we could use some real help in, I am never against trading.

Zidane got us Buffon, Nedved, and Thuram. Maybe there are some people who still believe we made a mistake in selling him. But if we had Zidane at age 22 or younger, would that mean all bets are off in trading him -- even if for the same class of Buffon, Nedved, and Thuram at the time? Because of a date on his birth certificate, he becomes untouchable?

I just don't see why someone's age makes them a protected class of player compared to someone else. It's all about economics and the value of assets in the end. As you well know, Wall Street is littered with stories of growth stocks of companies that were held on too long or not acquired for killer prices when they should have been traded. An asset's future potential should factor into its value, but that should never take it off the table.
