We are completely fucked if we don't sign d'agostino! The alternative is Diarra, who lets face it, is a talented yet uncreative and unrequired defensive midfielder. Im also willing to bet Real offer him to us at a good price which Secco might jump at. Also, Cannavaro seems to be doing his best to force us to fall into this HUGE trap and sign him cos he is his buddy from the bernabeu.
With D'Agostino we would totally complete our diamond formation. Imagine D'agostino sittin with Sissoko and Marchisio in front, with Deigo playmaking. What a midfield! We could pass and distribute with that midfield. Not only would be play creative and enjoyable football, but we would be able to defend solidly in the middle of the park. We need creativity if we are going to go with no wingers, we need D'Agostino. Secco, pay up, cos we don't want Diarra. Gaetano feels Juve in his soul and has turned into a complete player, we need this guy.

Completely disagree, we need a big squad full of many effective players if we plan on not finishing second again. Two or three class players for each position is what we need if we are to truly compete with the barcas, reals, man u's and inters. Calling him a luxury player is loser talk to me, i may have delusions of juve still being a winning club, but its quality upon quality that makes winning teams, and i think for our new formation we need a d'agostino as well as cover for full-backs.

show me one club in the world that has 2 or 3 class players for every position...yes there is no doubt that we should aim to get the possible players for every position, but that does not guarantee success...if it was all about the names and the individual ability of the players, then Real Madrid would win the CL every single year

I heard this guy is the 1st in complete tackle and 3rd in passes completed in Serie A last season. Do you guys have his play statistic 2 or 3 season ago?
